Goolwa Aquatic Club Speed Boat Club
The Goolwa Aquatic Club is the home of power boating on the South Coast of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
The Club was first established in 1959 by a group of local speedboat enthusiasts and was founded on speedboat racing. The Club's first Commodore was Jack Newcombe of Goolwa and he held office from 1959 to 1963.
The Goolwa Aquatic Club prides itself on a strong local atmosphere and encourages all types of boating activities and aquatic disciplines. The Club has a strong community spirit and supports worthwhile causes.
