Yoga classes at GAC

Yoga promotes calm, strength, balance and flexibility by combining mindful breathing, movement and poses.

Belinda is teaching a slow flow yoga class that is suitable for beginners new to yoga through to confident yogis at GAC on Mondays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.

Belinda is a new Yoga Teacher who teaches Yoga on Saturday mornings, 9.30am at Joyful Path studio in Victor Harbor and works fulltime as a Registered Nurse with Kalyra Communities delivering nursing care in the homes across the state.


Things to note:-

  • if you have a yoga mat, block or bolster to please bring this along as there are limited props that can be loaned

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to class so you can set up, settle in and complete your (once off) personal health questionnaire.



  • GAC Members $10 per yoga class

  • Non-GAC Members $15 per yoga class
